If you are traveling South or North on I-275, take Exit 45B for I-4 East. Travel east and take Exit 9 for I-75 South. Travel south and take Exit 257 for E. Adamo Drive/FL-60. Turn right onto E. Adamo Drive/FL-60. Turn left onto S. Falkenburg Rd. Turn left onto Palm River Rd. The TGH Outpatient Center will be on the right.

From I-4 take Exit 9 for I-75 South. Travel south and take Exit 257 for E. Adamo Drive/FL-60. Turn right onto E. Adamo Drive/FL-60. Turn left onto S. Falkenburg Rd. Turn left onto Palm River Rd. The TGH Outpatient Center will be on the right.

From the Selmon Crosstown Expwy. Eastbound take Exit 14 onto Falkenburg Rd. Turn left onto Falkenburg Rd. and travel north. Turn right onto Palm River Rd. The TGH Outpatient Center will be on the right. (The Selmon Crosstown Expwy. is a toll road)

From the south take I-75 north to Exit 254. At the fork, keep left. Exit onto US-301 N. Turn right onto S. Falkenburg Rd. Turn right onto Palm River Rd. The TGH Outpatient Center will be on the right.

From the north take I-75 south to Exit 257. for E. Adamo Drive/FL-60. Turn right onto E. Adamo Drive/FL-60. Turn left onto S. Falkenburg Rd. Turn left onto Palm River Rd. The TGH Outpatient Center will be on the right.
